The popular Friday Island beach bar/restaurant is just across the street, and the CapeSport Windsurfing Center is just a few more steps.   

The house is situated close to all amenities and is a five minute walk to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and services.   

   Langebaan Villa is both child friendly and budget friendly and we welcome families. Minimum 2 night stay.  

Sleeps a maximum of 4. An extra chilld can be accommodated my arrangement.

The accommodation at Langebaan Villa consists of an open plan living area, with two big comfortable sofas, a dining area for four and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools.  There is also a TV with basic DSTV.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two singles. Both have plenty of storage space and adjoin a shared bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin, and WC.

The lockable garage is ideal for storing water sports equipment, bicycles ,and other toys. There is a second bathroom at the rear with an enclosed shower, wash basin, and WC. and is ideal for showering after a day at the beach. It is adjacent to a small patio/ drying area. at the rear of the house.

There is a secluded braai and outdoor eating area to the side of the house.

The walled property is very secure with ample parking.
